Dr. Lupfer Has been the provider that I have seen in the last three years. She is wonderful. I recently had my annual visit, and brought my 16-month-old son who was very fussy and scared of the eye exam machine in the room, Dr. Lupfer and the Eye Tech were so nice and understanding with his behavior. The eye tech even Brought my son to little toy cars from the treasure box and stickers to entertain him. I of course was so embarrassed by his behavior, all he was doing was screaming, but they were so nice and understanding. Saying “we’re moms too— we get it!” Such a relief when we all understand each other on that level!!! The nurse (not positive if this is the right title for her) was so enthusiastic and right to the eye tests. I ended up needing glasses, the first time in my life, and they introduced me to Darryl.
